Mounting the Keen Ranger PT if There are NoTrees?
-
The property I want to mount the Keen Ranger PT on has very few trees and lots of tall shrubs with slender limbs. What about mounting the Ranger and the solar panel on a tall, metal fence post? Any ideas as to how to do that?
Thanks in advance for your help. -
@user_591002529730609_591002529730609 That will be ok to mount the KEEN Ranger PT on the Metal Fence Post. But too much metal might affect the signal. Now there will be a strap in the package for you to install the camera.

- A strap does not seem very safe or secure on a slender bush branch or a metal fence post.
- What about using a wooden post? I would hate to have to anchor that in concrete.
- Reolink really should offer some solutions since not everyone has trees to which they can secure the camera.
