Hi, I've recently obtained RLC-542WA (running latest firmware). For now, I'm just testing it in interior. Camera is watching main entrance and is sitting on a bench approx 2m from the door. About 2/5 of the picture has been marked for privacy (whole left portion of the picture). If I just swing by, right in front of the lens, nothing happens, no alert. Even in max sensitivity. If I stay in the picture for a moment or if I gain a bit distance (stand by the door), alert is finally triggered. I played a little with sensitivity, setting it down to medium (24). I entered the interior through the door and I was shocked no alerts were triggered. Mind the fact the door is 2m away, basically covering half of the remaining picture so opening the door and me entering the premises was quite a frame change. On another note, I get false alarms all the time. From another room there is light that affects the camera's decision the turn IR on/off. Whenever IR is on/off the picture is changed (technically yes, but actually no). So I get pointless false alarms and zero actual alarms.I just ditched 26€ consumer grade camera (Tapo C110) with basic functionality that had zero false alarms (even with switching IR LED on/off) and awesome accuracy on real motion. Regarding IR LEDs I made a post so hopefully that will be addressed in that thread.Anyone same problems? I don't know how to mitigate problem of max sensitivity not detecting my 0,5s movement in front of the camera.
