    Can't Record or View on Camera, but can on CLoud

      Just installed Argus PT, and getting very odd behavior. If I try to look at recordings on the Camera, I am told there are no recordings. But they ARE there if I look on the Cloud. There is a SD card in the camera.
      What is very strange is that this only happens when I look at the camera from home. From home, I just get CANNOT CONNECT. But when I am away from home, it connects fine (but still not recording - it just lets me see activity). Very odd? Is there some setting that is overriding the Camera connection when I am connecting on my home network?

          @user_gil_603497361449078 Is your SD card FAT32 format? What's your SD card capacity? We recommend that you use the SD card up to 128GB. You can try to take the SD card out and insert it into the camera again.

          For the connection problem, do you use the UID to connect? You can try to reset your camera. If it can't work, you can try to contact our support team, Submit a request – Reolink Support.

            It is a 64GB card, don't have ny idea what kind of format though.
            It started working last night - I was able to view videos recorded on the disk.
            BUT this morning, when I try to play the recorded videos, it shows me the date, but the logo just keeps spinning & spinning, with a message Loading Video Info, but nothing loads. I get a message saying Unable to Load Video, Try Again. I try again, and it spins & spins, not loading. I try again, and there it is - I can see the videos. I am doing this only about 10 ft from the camera.

            ALSO - once I see the videos on the disk, I can't figure out how to erase them from the card?
