      Why is app version 4.31.04 still shaky watching in High resolution?
      The same with the versions before.
      Therefore i am still using version 4.28.08. No problems then.

            I agree. I'm having the same issue. I wouldn't call it shaky. I would call it lagging. Video used to be smooth at al resolutions. Now it lags and is no longer smooth at higher resolutions.
            Yes, I tried it with hardware decoding on and off and it's the same.

                Unfortunately i am not able to post a video here. ( I can't download High resolution video's on my phone from Reolink, but that's another problem. )

                I can only post the file by a another videoplayer and then everything is ok and not shaky.

                    Have you been able to try the new v4.32 yet?
                    I believe the forum wont allow the hi res videos as they are in h.265 and forum only allowing h.264.
                    That being said you should be able to download the hi res video onto your phone. Is there an error or
                    only finding the low res actually downloads?

                      @faasio82_480971996033257 Downloading of high res files is either a bandwidth issue or a phone issue. I can download both H.264 and H.265 files in high resolution modes on my Android smartphones without any issue. Ensure that the application stays open as otherwise file transfer stops and won't restart again.

                      And for the second problem I do agree that the application needs more refinement when playing video. Sometimes it appears as slow motion. Even during live stream at high resolution the voice sometimes get chopped. I did inform support on it and hopefully they sort it out.

                          @joseph-chircop_497308027822318 :

                          I don't know why i can't download the video's on my phone and tablet, both Samsung.
                          Something with codec not supported. I am not really technical.
                          If i use VLC as a videocamera everything is ok.

                            Do the videos not download or do they not play?
                            if it is just phone or tablet then likely issue isnt codecs but rather app permissions restricting the playback.
                            also check in the samsung app store (not google play store) and see if the samsung player has an update.

                              @big_ted : I can download the video, but I can't play them.
                              Videoplayer version is up to date.
                              And all permissions is on with the Reolink app, so I have no idea what the problem is.

                                What is the main video player on your phone? Samsung player? if so are all the permissions set in that app, particularly storage access?
                                or does it also not play the downloaded file through the reolink app?
                                only other thing i can think off is if you are downloading to phone storage or external sd card?

                                  @big_ted : I am using VLC as videoplayer now, because the Samsung doesn't work.
                                  When I download a video the file is " broken".
                                  The video's are located in the internal storage, not on an SD card.

                                    @faasio82_480971996033257 Which Samsung model you are using? For instance S9 doesn't support HEVC files. You need to convert them.

                                    I assume you have the most updated Android and tgd most recent Samsung applications.

                                    If you ftp the files on the tablet, will you be able to play them?
