Once again it looks like the website apk download is an older version than that available on google play store. For those of us that do not/cannot use the google play store can the website apk download please be updated tot he latest version?
Adding an second hard drive problem
I have a RLK16-810B8-A system which came with a 3TB Seagate HD. So I bought a 6TB Western Digital Purple WD62PURZ drive to add to it to increase the storage. I followed the instructions from the knowledge base article on how to add a second drive internally and it does not appear to be working. If I understood the directions correctly all you have to do is basically open the system up, mount the drive, plug it in, close it up and boot up. This I did. When I got in it appeared as though the drive was not formatted so I clicked on format. It formatted the drive, said "success" and looked like it was good to go.
But now when I check it, it looks like it is just not recording to that drive. Why not? It fills up the default 3TB drive it came with and then starts overwriting that drive rather moving on to the newer larger drive. Why? What am I doing wrong?
Wireless mouse from Reolink difference?
I see in the Reolink online store they have a wireless mouse available. But they have a silver and a black but, aside from color, they look different. Are they different? If so what is the difference between the silver and the black? Or is it just that one is a picture of an old model and the other is a picture of the new model? So if I order and pick a color will I get the old model or the new one?
I would love to get one but I would want to get the newest version and I don't care about color.
And has anyone tried these? Do they work well? How far from the NVR can they reliably function? I would need it to work at least 20 feet away in the next room.

Well since I received no responses here I thought I would email tech support. To the best of my knowledge they did not update the file on their website.
However a very nice person from support replied to my email with a link that I could download the newest version. A very big thank you to Flora from support for that.
This does not address the issue of the website not being up to date with the latest version, but it does fix me for now until the apk is updated again.

I appreciate very much that you have the apk available for download for those of us that do not use Google Play. It was a major reason that I purchased your system as opposed to others, as I don't have an account on Google Play and don't use it at all. I know I am not alone so thank you very much. Thank you for that. I do see it in the mobile app now and that is very helpful and exactly what I was looking for.
However in the Windows client or browser interface there is no button like that. There is now way to filter for alerts/alarms only. I do see the blue line but it is one big long blue line. There is no way to see specific violations such as vehicle only or person only as there is in the android app. That is really really needed, especially in the browser version. It would be extremely helpful.

Just in case anyone else was curious about the same thing I have found the answer. The answer is buried in their FAQ. Yes, in order for push notifications to work you must allow the NVR to have internet access. The notification goes to the Reolink servers and then to Google (for android) and then to your phone.
Browser view alarms filtering possible?
I have my RLK16-810B8-A system set up on my LAN with no WAN access. So I access it via my browser since I am running Linux on my PC. But I notice that when I am directly connected to the NVR I can view the playback and there is a switch to view "alarms only". Very helpful. And next to that are check boxes so that I can view all alarms or vehicle and/or person alarms only. Very very helpful.
But there does not seem to be the same feature when using the browser mode OR even if you use the Windows client either I think. I also don't see it on the Android app.
Am I missing it somehow? If it's not there then can you please add this option? It makes it a lot easier to view past alarms if you can choose to view only the alarms and sort them by specific motion.
