RLC-823A was recording with Synology Surveillance Station (currently installed: 9.0.2-10054 on DS420+)till I updated the firmware of the RLC-823A to v220.127.116.116_22041511_v18.104.22.168.Deleting and re-adding the camera did not help. I tried with correct IP address, https/443 or http/80, < FW v22.214.171.1247_...and for sure correct user credentials. But the connection tests always reports no connection to (no video stream from) the camera.I activated http (additionally to https) and tried with http/80 w/o success. Tried with Firmware < or >= v126.96.36.1996_22051212_v188.8.131.52 settings.Is there anybody operting the RLC-823A with the mentioned firmware with Synology Surveillance Station or has any idea what needs to be changed?Under network settings ONVIF is disabled and cannot be activated (dark grey).
Try enabling both: RTSP & ONVIF.
