RLC-823A Connection to Synology broken since firmware update

RLC-823A was recording with Synology Surveillance Station (currently installed: 9.0.2-10054 on DS420+)
till I updated the firmware of the RLC-823A to v3.1.0.956_22041511_v1.0.0.30.
Deleting and re-adding the camera did not help. I tried with correct IP address, https/443 or http/80, < FW v3.1.0.987_...
and for sure correct user credentials. But the connection tests always reports no connection to (no video stream from) the camera.
I activated http (additionally to https) and tried with http/80 w/o success. Tried with Firmware < or >= v3.1.0.976_22051212_v1.0.0.30 settings.
Is there anybody operting the RLC-823A with the mentioned firmware with Synology Surveillance Station or has any idea what needs to be changed?
Under network settings ONVIF is disabled and cannot be activated (dark grey). -
Try enabling both: RTSP & ONVIF.

Is your Synology DSM and Surveillance Station app up to date?
