      Hello @Reolink-Fiona I would like to make several suggestions for both the cameras themselves and improvements to the app.
      1) It would be nice to think of a third color for cameras, especially outdoor ones, such as the RLC-1212A, 812A, 823A. That color could be anthracite gray for example, and according to my point of view it is a color less suffered when it comes to being outdoors.
      2) Improvements in the app. Although I am testing 4.33.05, I think it is necessary to incorporate in future updates the direct access button to timeleapse in the lower bar where the image quality buttons, take a photo, etc. are, or even in the conversation bar, PTZ, etc. (As it is in the PC version).
      3) Improvements in the firmware of the Argus 3 Pro. I have FW 3.0.0.973_2205 and when I want to view the image the connection is cut and "operation failed" appears, other times it takes 5-8 seconds to load and is slow.
      An option should also be allowed in battery-powered cameras and that is that when it is connected to a solar panel, that the energy comes from the panel and not make the battery suffer or that the camera uses the battery between a certain range and from the solar panel in another range. So it could be "normal" display such as Wi-Fi or PoE.

      Consider these suggestions. Thank you very much.

          @alvaro2 Please email support and check if there is a newer firmware. Mine is on a newer firmware. They need to improve the wake up time across all battery operated cameras as sometimes the object is missed.

          As for point 3, are you connected to 2.4G or 5 GHz? I am on 5G and I do not have the issue. Can you try to play it at low res and see if this will re-occur? Can you repeat the same tests when you are on the same WIFI as the camera?

            @joseph-chircop_497308027822318 Hi Joseph.
            I just contacted support to see. Anyway, Reolink in the download center section should have a table with the most recent versions and in another column a link to test versions in order to avoid collapsing support with firmware requests (that's what I think).
            Regarding point 3, I now have it at 2.4 since if I move it away from the router, it is the one that best withstands the range.
            If it is true that I had it at 4096 kbps, I have lowered it to 3072 and I am going to try it for a few days.
            Thanks!

              @alvaro2 Well, beta firmware I won't expose them to the general public but in the forum I will so that I will get the feedback. After all we are here to support them.

                @joseph-chircop_497308027822318 True, but it would be easier in the dropdown or in a table to see the versions of the cameras. For example the E1 Outdoor cannot be seen, neither can the Argus 3 Pro. If you could see that v3.0.0.xxxx it would be easier.
                In the case of betas, it could be indicated with an icon or an explanation if a beta is being worked on and thus be attentive and ask about it in support.

                  @alvaro2 I have been telling them about this for quite some time but they stated that there are so many different versions that if they do it they will cause more issues. Moreover there is the need of more hw resources to handle the download part. Well I will still include them and do a disclaimer. This is costing them in customer care resources. And people want to know what has been solved and what has been added. And if we know this we can test these features and report back. Anyhow it's their strategy.
