New Reolink Client v.8.8.5 - Auto Upgrade Client Feature!
Purchased the NVR and the RLC-842A at one time. Added extra cameras from Amazon. Cameras from Amazon work fine. RLC-842A from Reolink direct does not work. Is there a secret? NVR has no connection lights, tried different NVR ports, tried different ethernet cables does not help.

There seems to be some problem with the RLC-842A or its interface with the NVR. I had the same problem with my RLC-842A when I installed it, although I had tested it before installation, non-stop for at least a week by connecting it to the NVR. Installed it, and there was no connection/connection lights. Then it randomly started working again.
@user_626464031416438_626464031416438 Try to connect the camera as a standalone to see if it is a camera issue. If it is an NVR issue, you can try to upgrade the NVR firmware to the latest version. Download the firmware here, Download Center – Reolink.
