Hi. Is there a possibility to add a second chime to the video doorbell ? (if I want one downstairs and one upstairs)
Also, can they be bought separately ?

@seb_526812765704330 I think 5 chimes to a single doorbell. Please check chimes availability on the site.

@seb_526812765704330 I have a second chime that reolink provided and I can confirm that it works. Until they sell them individually you must buy the camera chime package or contact reolink to see if they will sell you an additional chime.by itself.

Yes, you can connect two chimes together.

Is it available already? I'm also interested in a second Chime.

                  Thanks

                    Hello,
For a year I have been waiting to buy an extra chime.
The months are passing and this item is still not available for sale. It’s not possible, I have to keep my old system because of this problem.
In addition today after a failure of my router (power supply) the WiFi connection did not recover automatically, I had to disconnect the power of the doorbell !
                    I regret this purchase.

I recently purchased a Reolink PoE doorbell and am very impressed, but I'd also like to be able to purchase a second chime so that I can hear the doorbell in other regions of my house.

Reolink, get on it, please! I need a second chime in an Australian version!

I am interested in the doorbell, but a second chime is required. So unless Reolink make individual chimes available for sale soon, i will not be purchasing this product.

@kmasonnz_686156735374006 A number of customers have requested a second chime but haven't got any feedback if they got it or not. I also read that a customer was able to connect a generic 433Mhz chime successfully with the Reolink doorbell.

@Lorenz Can you please check whether additional chimes are available in your stores?

                            Hi
If you are in for a DIY,
I have seen it is possible to pair universal relay module receiver 433Mhz to the Reolink doorbell.
Is it allowed to post Youtube links here? I can post the link to the video if you want.
I would like to test this very much because I would like to install the doorbell at my parents house.
But would like to use there original chime this would be possible with this method.

Edit: Maybe it is possible to pair a universal 433mhz chime ? Idk

Sorry to keep you guys waiting. I am afraid that Reolink cannot offer additional chime for the video doorbell now. Our team is still seeking the best solutions on the additional chime.

Meanwhile, our team is adding new features to the app and doorbell, including the distinguish notification sound when someone pushes the doorbell button, for improved user experience.

If you need any additional help on doorbell and chime, feel free to contact our services team.
