For the Cameras would be good if Reolink could offer a backup battery that could sit between the pain power line in and the camera as a backup mode. Even if gave only 30mins to 1hr backup would be handy incase of someone flicking the power off or short outages. Would be a good add on. Wouldnt have thought to complex to do?

@big_ted This only makes sense if you have a poe cam nvr system. Just add a UPS which feeds the NVR and the fibre ONT or BB router. It will become expensive to have individual UPS which also adds maintenance. Anyhow if you do a search you can find lots of UPS say 12V 14.8W for say 30 bucks.

a few providers offer here a backup battery for their modems as part of the power supply. Usually retail about $30ish and provide an hr or so running time in the event of an outage. simple and compact. we get lots of short power outages so they work out a good solution, without running a proper ups.
