      New app update and now I have major issues viewing cameras. I basically cannot playback or live view any of the cameras on its highest resolution. The fluent resolution isnt very clear and not great for a business system. I reformatted the nvr and still have the issues. Anyone else experienced the same?

          @k84greene_268677521133725 Is your APP Andoid? If so, you could try to disable the hardware decoding in the setting. APP setting->hardware decoding
