when I move the ethernet cables to different ports, the channels don't move. Can someone tell me how to change the camera channel? I want the cameras in a different order when I open the app. thanks

On your NVR you can go to the IP screen and change the channel line up. If able I’ll try and post more detail directions later today.

@bostick.scottLike what @Laurence suggested, go to NVR >> Menu >> IP channel, and re-arrange the camera channels. The new arrangements will apply to the views on Reolink Client as well as Reolink App @FongJeng KumThanks!
