      running latest version 8.10.4:

I can't download the "clear" (highest quality) recordings anymore.
Normally you select on the playback screen with right click mouse in the popup the stream quality.
When you switched over in the past to the "recording" tab the video playback (and download option) was then in the same stream quality.

If I select "clear" on playback, the streams on "recording" are still "fluent", If you switch back from "recordings" to "live playback" all is again on "fluent" instead of the selected "clear".

@bertdebondt_312190272442529 I have no NVR. All cameras are individually accessed by the Windows Client v8.10.4.

My experience is slightly different. When switching from Live view to Playback view, the tiny resolution indicator in the lower left of the screen may display "Low" (Fluent). Once it is changed from Low to High (Clear), it will remain High if the view is switched back and forth between Live view and Playback view. I can switch to another camera. When I come back to the origiinal camera, the resolutions remains "High".

However, if I drag a camera over to the viewing window while the window is in Playback mode, then the Client gets confused. Resolution shows up as "Low" and the Client thinks the live view remains the original camera.

I've spend several minutes working changing cameras back and forth, views back and forth, etc. What appears to be the situation is that changing cameras while the window is in Live view works correctly and not when the window is in Playback view.

@bertdebondt_312190272442529 So you are logging on to the cameras from a different network. When you move from cam to cam the stream mode setting is always set to FLUENT. Even if you are on the same camera and you swap between Live and Playback, the stream mode set changes to Fluent irrespective to which mode it has been set. The settings are stored and retrieved correctly if and only if the PC and the cameras are on the same network. I did report it to Reolink support since v8.10.2 but so far this has not been fixed.
