I purchased the Reolink Doorbell POE. When I try to add device via the app it says "Failed to connect device". Everything works fine, the NVR recognises the doorbell, I can view the doorbell camera via the app which also has the microphone button, I can see it via my TV which is connected to my NVR. All in all it's doing what it should but it just wont let me add it as a new device.
      # My NVR, cameras and doorbell are all up to date with their firmware.

Anyone else have this issue ?

Note: I have tried adding the device by scanning the QR code on the doorbell, using the LAN option and the Input UID/IP method - All fail to work.

@zentao29_497016336400517 If you have connected the doorbell directly to the NVR poe port than you can only view the camera through the NVR. If you want to add it to the Android application for example then you need to connect the doorbell to a POE switch and the poe switch connected to the router.
