I upgraded to 8.3.1 when it came out. The software will now freeze and none of the feeds are viewable after just a couple minutes after starting the software.Restarting the software will make it work again for a couple minutes again before everything just freezes again.Is there a way to get ahold of 8.3.0 that I upgraded from? It worked perfectly for me and now the software is practically unusable.

I have the similar issueall my cams have latest fm and it was working fine on version 8.3.0 but as soon as i upgraded to 8.3.1 i have freezing and late response to switch between cameras.
Hi there, you can try to delete the camera and add it back again. Please make sure that the letters of UID are all uppercase.
Hi, Can you please provide the link to older version ? all available links are redirecting to 8.3.1 (windows)even trying to remove all cams they are popping up automatically and asking for password to connect. (strange!)I prefer to downgrade to an older version and wait for another release. @Graham , sorry to still your thread.

I have a slightly different issue with 8.3.1 in that live display is paused if I switch on my Windows 10 PC from sleep mode. I have to press the "play" button on the Reolink client. Not a biggie but a bit annoying as previously it worked straight out of PC sleep mode.
@rufus_344581740138681 Sleep mode issue - Reolink client needs play pressed when Windows comes out of sleep mode to resume live viewing - is now fixed on Windows 10 Reolink client 8.4.0. Great job Reolink!

Bonjour,Version 8.3.1.depuis la MAJ, en lecture le logiciel se bloque, obliger de passer par le gestionnaire des tâches pour fermer.
Rectification VERSION 8.3.2, erreur dee ma part sur post précédent.

I had same problem, liveview stopping and much less than normal recorded content during normal day with 8.3.1@Cynthia: Thanks for posting the link to previous version. I Installed 8.3.0 and all seems well now!
