@reolink-fiona Hi Please do not reset , doorbell with new firmware I can't login anymore Technical support advised to reset doorbell In my case after reset , I can't login anymore to doorbell ,old password not working anymore I can't setup new password after hard reset too I got Error "Operation fail"

Agree with you 100% , sip good Idea , btw NVR can be sip server too . I have Arlo doorbell beside reolink , using Arlo for calls , great integration with google and Alexa , If reolink will resolve problem of calls, I will remove Arlo from my home !!!
What about option of custom built of cameras layout, like other brands , today all Chinese already have it

@joseph_1979 I got answer from supportAfter further analyzing this issue, they found that, this issue might be related to their push server .I don't understand reolink doorbell working 100% local , why they did push notifications, cloud based ?
@joseph_1979 True ,but I am talking about an option, for business customers, I have one right now with VoIP telephone system, 5 Nvrs , 50 cameras , wants 5 doorbells each entrance with sip , ...for now reolink that not an option,
@joseph_1979 no that not a problem, I found whats happened, Issue is If you have NVR in your network, nvr change by himself password of doorbell immediately after reset of doorbell, To long random password,
@joseph_1979 that the issue doesn't work , I receiving incorrect password
