@reolink-fiona Hi Please do not reset , doorbell with new firmware I can't login anymore Technical support advised to reset doorbell In my case after reset , I can't login anymore to doorbell ,old password not working anymore I can't setup new password after hard reset too I got Error "Operation fail"

Agree with you 100% , sip good Idea , btw NVR can be sip server too . I have Arlo doorbell beside reolink , using Arlo for calls , great integration with google and Alexa , If reolink will resolve problem of calls, I will remove Arlo from my home !!!
