An option to turn siren on lumus up or down like on 811a
currently putting tape over holes on back of cam to turn it down a little bit

just if anyone has the same black lines on screen when pan/tilt mine were caused by putting the cat5 cable in a ip65 weather box but was to tight of a fit 80x80 replaced with 100x100 and no black lines
good camera but has issues
track is hit and miss
takes up two screens on iPhone screen in quad view stupid

Also now when camera moves black lines are across the screen in live and playing back footage
anyone had similar issues camera is great otherwise

just installed a track mix Poe and I’m having a few setting issues

1 when i name the camera (garden) it appears on screen as garden-garden even. if I delete the whole word out and put just a number it will say garden 3
rather strange.

2 iv put the cameras in order as I want them on tv
(front)( (garage) (side) (garden)
but on the app in quad (four cameras) I’m getting front garage garden garden zoomed in side on next page
I just want it to look as the tv displays it
ive watched all YouTube videos but don’t have same issue

I’ve updated to latest firmware on nvr and track mix
any help will be great

is there a way for the spotlight to detect people a bit earlier ?
i have to be within 5 feet for it to trigger would be nice if had option for range 5ft 10ft 15ft
could it be a firmware update possibly

All I do when I get a notification on Home Screen on iPhone swipe left on notification either disable 1 hour or that day
that way you don’t need to remember to activate it again

The notification banner that pops up on your phone Lock Screen swipe the banner left
then option to mute for hour or that day
after a hour it sends notifications again you don’t need to do anything
really good idea I think I use it all the time

Just did new update for app don’t like the smaller screen don’t like how the zoom in is different

download APk file Reolink app on firestick
download orientation app on firestick (runs in background)
also mouse toggle app on firestick (double click on firestick pay button and toggle mouse appears)

then when Reolink app opens on firestick
you can use mouse toggle to log (nvr user and pass) then you can see your cameras
only tricky bit is trying to get split screen 4cams rather than one cam image but it’s possible
think I had to use a older Reolink apk file
I updated the Reolink apk app on firestick and then I could only see one cam at a time so went back to older apk app
works great on upstairs tv

never had issues with spiders with lumas
fantastic for detecting motion with no false alarms (rain snow)
would like to see lumas with 4K only negative for me
alarm trigger also great for intruders after dark

hi any chance of different Color notifications banners on iPhone

At the moment there is multiple notifications on my Lock Screen they all show as blue all different cameras
It would be handy at a glance to assign a color to a certain camera even if it’s the Reolink logo in green orange red for different cameras
also options for individual alert tones for multiple cameras

iv seen this question asked before thought it was a great idea

App worked great every time I use it at home or at work (on data)

now since app last update I can’t connect if I leave WiFi network
its happened before waited till next update was out and it was fixed (wifi or data )
any idea what’s going on nobody else have this problem?

Would love to see a Reolink led security flood light with a cam built in also a plug in chime for indoors
have an old halogen 500w light with uk plug/ chime in house to alert for visitors it’s fantastic and very reliable
any chance you can improve or modernise this to led and built in cam ?
would be very popular I’m sure
