@reolink-lorenz Hello,As you suggested to me I sent a request on the support, unfortunately the answer is less provided than yours and cannot help me for the French version of the explanations.I really don't know if I'll be able to find my way around, it's a shame not to have French-speaking support
@reolink-fiona Thank you for your answer, I actually changed the micro sd. At the moment it works. Thank you

Hi,Thank you, yes I will do that, because unfortunately I have a lot of difficulty with the English language Thank you
@reolink-lorenz Thanks it works perfectly.
Hi,For a RLC-511WA, how do you configure to send the images to a NAS (RN102 netgear 2 bays)?I reset my NAS to zero because I no longer had access to it, now it is working again. The camera is connected to an Orange 4G AIRBOX, in wifi. Tanks for your help.
@reolink-fiona I don't know if it's a Fat 32, it's this one :I had not formatted it before use , now it's done because the app told me to do it.I don't know if I have the latest firmware, I updated last week. thanks for your help Patricia
@reolink-fiona Hi,I use the Reolink smartphone 'app'.what is the NRV? Today I have another concern, when I want to view the videos. I'm going on reading. But all videos are black screen and I can start the video but,but there is nothing
Good evening, yesterday at the end of the afternoon I managed to install the camera at the dog boarding house. Check-in started around 5:00 p.m. during the night I made some checks, I had access to the recorded videos. This morning I watched a few too, uploading some parts of the videos. On the other hand, I encounter a big problem, because the videos made before midnight 25, have disappeared from the "Reading" part. Why does it tell me "no video for this day", then? dated 11/13 Thanks for your help (Camera RLC-511WA)
@reolink-lorenz Hi,indeed dogs should not see the projector at all. Reducing the intensity is unfortunately not enough as i don't speak english it's hard to find where and how i can stop it completely.there is certainly a lot of things that can be done but unfortunately the explanations and tips are not translated into French. it would be great if the forum offered a category for francophones Thanks for your help
Hi, Is it possible to cover the leds of the projectorwith a black color or something else? We watch dogs and they get scared every time the spotlight comes on. Maybe there is a product to apply to minimize the light? We have already reduced the force of the light on the application as much as possible, but this is not enough. Thanks for your help. Patricia
@crimp-on_62210811129 Thanks for your answer. indeed, I just gave it a try. it works, I switched from Lan to wifi on the internet box and then in wifi via the 4G box.
@crimp-on_62210811129 thank you for your reply. With the application are there no possibilities to choose a particular network? I would like to give it a try tonight at home and if everything is successful I would have to move the camera to a place where there is no WiFi. At home the WiFi network will be indicated during the first installation but if I move the camera elsewhere I would like to connect it to an Orange AIRBOX .. what should I do?Sorry I don't speak English, I use the google translator
Good evening,Could you tell me if after the initial installation it is possible to choose another WiFi network? For example, I put the camera in a location on network A (via Orange Airbox) in a building that is not connected to the internet. Then in X time, I want to bring it back to fix it at home, with a WiFi fiber network so network B .... Thank you
