      Good evening,

yesterday at the end of the afternoon I managed to install the camera at the dog boarding house. Check-in started around 5:00 p.m. during the night I made some checks, I had access to the recorded videos.

This morning I watched a few too, uploading some parts of the videos.

On the other hand, I encounter a big problem, because the videos made before midnight 25, have disappeared from the "Reading" part.

Why does it tell me "no video for this day", then? dated 11/13

      Thanks for your help

Which method is being used to view recorded videos:

          • Reolink Client software?
          • Reolink smartphone 'app'?
          • Web access directly to camera?

            (1) What software do you use as @Crimp-On_62210811129 lists? Do you connect your camera to the NVR?
            (2) You can check the status of the SD card(like capacity). Do you set your SD card to overwrite the video?
            (3) Or you can try to use another software to see if you can view the video.

              Hi,

I use the Reolink smartphone 'app'.
              what is the NRV?

Today I have another concern, when I want to view the videos.
              I'm going on reading.
But all videos are black screen and I can start the video but,
              but there is nothing

NVR is a recorder, which can control multiple cameras and record to the HDD.

Can you check if your SD card meets the specification? You need an SD card with FAT32 format and Class 10 or higher reading and writing speed. If the SD card is with right specification, you can try to use a different SD card to check if the SD card is defective.

You can also try to upgrade the firmware of your camera, you can download the firmware on the download center according to your camera model and hardware version.

                  I don't know if it's a Fat 32, it's this one :

I had not formatted it before use ,
now it's done because the app told me to do it.

I don't know if I have the latest firmware, I updated last week.

                  thanks for your help

How do I know if my SD card is FAT32?
Locate the SD card drive, right-click it, and choose “Properties”. In the “Properties” window, you can find what is the format of your SD card.

For the firmware, yours is the latest one.

If your SD card's format is right but it still has many problems, you can try to change another SD card to work.
