Hi,In night vision, we suggest to set the motion detection sensitivity to be low, higher value(50 for example).It is because of the noise in night vision which might trigger alarm by mistake.1. level 1: It will trigger motion when there is 0.5% of the video area with motion object. 2. level 50: It will trigger motion when there is 10% of the video area with motion object.

To modify the password only, you may go to page USER-->MANAGE USER:If to reset the camera, it is suggested to export the configuration files in page MAINTANENCE-->CONFIGURATION first, and after testing import the configuration files in the same page:However, is your camera RLC-411 or RLC-411WS?For password, there are 2 kinds as SSID password required of the reouter(RLC-411WS) and user password for camera(RLC-411/411WS).SSID PASSWORD: Less than 16 charactersUSER PASSWORD: Less than 32 characters; no space in the first character.
Hi Mike,There are 2 ways for playback for current firmware.1. Playback directly on REOLINK CLIENT. 2. Playback on common media player.We need to transcode .264 file to .avi first.However, for night vision of .avi video, it will look like sped-up one, which is because of the non-realtime night video recording files.So, reolink taam is working on mp4 format recording files, which will be more convenient without such problem. After the function goes through test, it will be published to customers for use soon.

We supposed you changed WIFI NVR SSID password and the cameras could not connect to the NVR.Is your problem viewing remotely?If yes, please kindly download the latest firmware of RLN4-210W from https://reolink.com/firmware for upgrading of the NVR.There is the instruction together with the firmware.

Dear Customer,Is it wireless system? Did you change the password in below step?1.Have all cameras seen in live view, which means the cameras have connected to the system. 2.Change the password:3. Click Apply and there will pop up the WARNING page below:4. Click OK and the cameras will be listed to SYNC the password to the NVR in below page:Complete the SYNC, the camera will reconnect to the system again.However, if the cameras have not connceted to the NVR, and you changed the password, it can not connect to it anymore as the cameras have SYNC the original SSID and password of the NVR. If so, please reset your NVR in SYSTEM-->MAINTANENCE-->RESTORE and check(this will be ok when none of the cameras were online before your changed the password).

Reolink cameras and NVR support P2P function and user can easily access cameras after scan QRCode. To Support P2P, IP camera need to constantly send heart-beat packets to P2P server in Amazon AWS to keep UDP session.2. Some users concern about the security and don't like this function. So, we released a new firmware V0428 for update.

Your router Security Mode.Reolink wifi camera can only support WPA/WPA2, rather than WEP. 2. If the security mode is correct, please check your password. a). the current firmware can only support less than 16 characters.b). there should be no space in the passwordc). some special characters is not supported.3.Are you using 2.4Ghz or 5.8Ghz wifi frequency?Does your camera work fine when connected to router with ethernet cable?
Thanks for your reply. As I mentioned, the 420 already has the latest firmware. I did update the firmware for the 410, but it hasn’t sent me any alerts yet to test.
I just received an RLC-411 that I would like to add to my existing Reolink 8ch NVR but it doesn’t appear to provide full 802.3af power to the camera and it won’t turn on. The camera will power when plugged into the supplied power adapter or when I plug it into a third party PoE switch. Is the NVR not able to provide enough power and an injector has to be used on this model camera?
