@joseph_1979 and you are lucky to see 8.16 for Windows already. For Mac it's still 8.8.5 ... even with 8.16 actually available.Would be good if reolink were keeping things up-to-date on this download page (not even mentioning firnwares.... oops I mentioned it)
I’ve just figured out that the issue is down to the default player being set as Full screen mode. It doesn’t look like there’s an option to change stream quality for the Trackmix with this.Switching back to Classic player, a new icon allows me to focus on 1 stream and I can then change the quality.
Note that on my side, after ordering a doorbell and receiving a V1, I contacted customer service telling them I was interested in the V2 and they promptly organised an exchange. I have a V2 now (I had to pay the shipping costs for the return though)
Bonjour, les 3 petits ronds signifient qu'un mouvement a été détecté par la camera.La personne en bleu signifie que la "détection intelligente" a identifié une personne.
@joseph_1979I must be missing something then because the 4th icon (at the bottom) for me is the video recording
@joseph_1979 How do I select one particular feed ? I tried to tap/double-tap on one in the live view, but it just zooms in/out and leaves the 2 feeds
When watching the live feed or playback with the TrackMix, there is no option to switch the feeds between High/Low res like there is on my other cameras. The icon is just not there.I'm not sure if that's recent, because I think I remember being able to do that previously... Or has the option moved somewhere else for this type of camera ?
would setting the push interval to something roughly the length of recording help ? I'm not sure if that applies per detection type or if it's for any though
Nothing new for Mac since March 2023 Still 8.8.5
I only saw the automatic update work on 2 of my devices: the PoE doorbell, and the RLN36 NVR (not even sure they saw the latest)My other cameras never see an update that way. always manual.
I can't find anymore how to select the channels I want to see in immersive mode. Did that move somewhere else ?
@pjsmit_155286146154639 It is quite confusing indeed. My 811A has the same hardware version than what is found on the website (IPC_523128M8MP), however my current firmware is v3.1.0.2109_23051509, so more advanced than the v3.1.0.1643 from 22nd Feb !? (if I read it correctly, 230515 means 15th May 2023)
Well... looks like it's solved. What happened is that when I plugged the camera on the switch, the NVR automatically added it, which I didn't realize, but on the app side it doesn't see that during the initialization process it seems. So I still don't know what password it wanted me to enter, but I followed the advice from reolink support: deactivated the auto add camera on the NVR and removed the camera from the list, then reset the camera. After that the app was able to initialize as normal.I could then re-add the camera to the NVR as a second step.
@joseph_1979 I'm connecting directly to the app for the moment, it's not connected to a NVR.I did try to add using the UID, but I'm getting this "Access device" screen after that, not the "Create a login password" screen as I would expect
HiI'm a bit baffled with the setup of a new RLC1212A.Took it out of the box, plugged in my PoE switch, it's starting up correctly, then using the iOS app, I add the camera, scan the QR code, and here it's displaying a screen "Access device" asking for the username/password (it's NOT the screen requesting to create the admin user).I tried to leave the password blank, I tried "admin", "password", but always getting "wrong username or password".I tried several time to hold the reset button for factory reset. I hear the little jingle meaning it's resetting, but when trying again the setup, same thing, it's not asking me to create a username/password as it states in the instructions, it seems to want an existing username/password.I have several other PoE cameras and never seen this. Am I missing something obvious ?
@user_733878158655727_733878158655727 Detection d'un mouvement
For me it will be the Trackmix PoE. Plus it's quite fun to see it turn to follow you
@michael4371_319452955955436 Definitely something I would like to see as well !A kind of workaround I apply in my case, but obviously not ideal: I have a NVR, but I also connect my cameras directly to the app (so they appear as individual cameras, as well as through NVR). I then setup the schedule of individual cameras for push notifications for when I want them on/off for my normal routine, and I setup the push notifications schedule of the NVR to be "on" 24/7.I then have a "Holiday off" routine which activates push on individual cameras, but deactivates it on NVR, and the opposite "Holidays on" where I only activate the NVR 24/7 push. This way I don't have to mess up my schedule when I'm away and remember how it was to set up when I'm back. But obviously a proper solution in the Reolink app would be fantastic (Arlo camera app has this feature to have the cameras on a schedule, permanently on, or permanently off).
Hi. That's just the date/time when DST starts and ends (Daylight Saving Time, clocks going forward or backward 1h), so nothing to do with cameras coming on or off.If you use NTP for time synchronisation, you shouldn't need to touch this.
@user_688312255041690_688312255041690 So far, mine working normally with new firmware
