@reolink-fiona Thank you for your reply- I'm still not clear on the purpose for this. In a practicle application - what would be the real world application ? Not trying to be difficult.
@reolink-fiona Thank yo for your reply. My question related to object size is where you position the box, in this casse the maximum size (green box). When positioned in the bottom of the frame it may represent a small riding lawn mower for instance. When positioned in the upper part of the frame it may represent a Semi tractor trailer. SO how does this work?
@reolink-fiona Great information- I did not know to adjust the sensitivity for dark hours- that makes sense as to why I get mor false alerts at night. Thank you !
DVR Model RNL16 - RLC 811a camerasI need a detailed explanation that I cannot find in anything provided on this site. I am getting too many false alerts (no motion in recorded view) and missing vehicle detection on the same camera. Detection
Detection - SettingsSensitivity for Smart DetectionI am missing detection of vehicles sometimes and getting false detections of headlights that come at the front of the property, even though it is covered by a zone set to protect from alerts.Alarm DelayObject SizeIf you draw a box for the Minimum and maximum object size and save it will show on refresh on each side of the screen. the object size for person or vehicle will be different dependent upon it's proximity (distance from) to the camera. In other words the size of an objet that is 300 feet away is different than the size it takes up on the screen if it is 10 feet away. So when drawing this box, how does the system interpret this information. Is it important to set these values? Are they better left alone?
@cynthia_124785627824270 IUnfortuantely I have had similar issues adn when I contacted support to help with settings adjustments they were no help. It would be helpful if there were a Detailed instructional video of adjusting sensitivities, object sizes , ect. I have not found anythign on this site so far to help with precision adjustments.
