  • Just installed Argus PT, and getting very odd behavior. If I try to look at recordings on the Camera, I am told there are no recordings. But they ARE there if I look on the Cloud. There is a SD card in the camera. What is very strange is that this only happens when I look at the camera from home.

  • Got Fidium Fiber with a new router (AdTran 854-6). Ever since, videos will not transfer from SD card to Cloud. Cam is bound correctly and I can stream/playback video from SD. PIR is triggering correctly. Reolink Support has not been helpful. Need higher level support.
