      Hi, does anyone know if its possible to rollback to a previous firmware version? If so, how?

      I have a RLC-810A that i updated to the latest version (v3.0.0.494) and wish to rollback to the previous version to see if the issue i'm having with night-vision MD was present then.

          You can try to find the previous version on our download center.
          https://reolink.com/download-center/

          Then you can select the previous version firmware and upgrade the camera. It is the same as you upgrade the latest firmware.

            @reolink-fiona I'm confused. When I go to the download page and look up my Reolink 823-A PTZ, I can only download the current version, not the past versions?

            I'm having trouble with the latest version working with Blu Iris Software. Never staying locked on. When I use the PC app or Android app it disconnects the stream to Blue Iris. And even when Im not using the PC and Android app, it never stays locked, so I want to roll back the software to see if that helps

              You can try to enable the network ports on the Client. In the new firmware, the ports are default closed. Network Settings->Advanced->Port settings

              If it can't work well even after you enable the ports, you can contact our support team for the previous firmware. The previous firmware of RLC-823A is not available in the download center. Submit a request – Reolink Support

                you are have very bad supporting.
                I have C1 pro and update its firmware but now I wanna rollback to previous version , but I cant find it in your site , and this model not in the firmware category.

                    I am having problems that my reolink RLC-811a does not zoom in our out. New unit I bought a year ago and everything seems to work I even updated and used directly with router and power cord with no positive results what can be done to fix the issue?
