Hello,I need help with this Reolink RLC-822A camera. The camera is detected and added to the Reolink client app but the video is very blurry. I upgraded it to the latest firmware (v3.1) and changing the display/stream settings around but nothing seems to work. I set both auto-focus on and off but no help. Is this camera defected or is there a setting I can change? See picture below. I can send diagnostic log and additional info if needed. Thanks.
I had this occur with two new RLC-822As. The problems seem to be extremely poor or non-functioning autofocus. Zooming in and several times (which we shouldn't need to do) seemed to fix the problem. It seems the camera needs a firmware update to prevent this problem.
