      Recently purchased Argus 3 pro and the app doesn’t give me any options other than pir and recording. I don’t have the pet option or object size or detection zone. When I go to upgrade it states it’s up to date. Firmware is V3.0.0.307_21051100. Without these options the camera is basically useless for my needs.

          @house_604246080061505 The reality is you can't update it automatically even if the apps/clients say "Autoupdate enabled".
          Anyway, I contacted support and they pushed the upgrade (v3.0.0.973_22051000) just for my device the following day.
          My impression is they don't want to make the firmware available on the website for some reason, so I guess that's not a bug.

            make sure auto upgrade is turned on in the client/app and the new version should download. If it doesnt, contact support and they will push the new firmware out. Also make sure your app and client are up to date as some settings only appear in the newer client/app also.

              @big_ted If you are talking about Argus 3 Pro, "auto upgrade" doesn't work regardless of the app version or the operating system, just like the OP said.
              In my experience, setting auto-upgrade on is actually misleading, because it makes you think that it will upgrade the firmware sooner or later, which won't happen.

                @house_604246080061505 Unfortunately for the Argus you need to ask the Reolink support to push you the upgrade and then you can upgrade the camera. Please provide the HW version when making the request to the support.

                Apple or Android?

                the current Android app is 4.32.0.4, which has those options.

                    apple. It’s a firmware issue. Not sure why they don’t push the newest firmware.

                      Yes a firmware issue. I believe the argus 3 pro should auto update if enabled in the app, otherwise contacting support
                      can forward the new firmware. A lot of the other cameras will have auto update enabled in the future.

                      (Sorry for my error in discussing the Android app version. Did not read the post carefully.)

                      My Argus 3 Pro has firmware v3.0.0.1117_22071100

                      I have the automatic firmware option checked, but since.I did not pay attention to the version on it when it came out of the box, I do not know if it updated itself or not.
