I got a Synology DS918 with DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 3 and Surveillance Station 9.0.2-10061 with Device Pack 6.0.3-4471.An existing WansView (ONVIF) Camera is working just fine.But trying to add a new Reolink E1 Outdoor, is not possible. Trying to Authenticate fails.Cam can be accessed with iOS App, Browser, Windows App w/o any problem.I tried:
Clicking on Authenticate always states that Camera is not connected.Any ideas highly appreciated.Regards ... Franz
Surveillance Center Device Pack 6.0.3, which support Reolink E1 Ourdoor, was withdrawn.No ETA for a new one.
Hi, there. May l know if have you enabled the HTTP and HTTPS ports? If you did that and it still can not work, please restore it to factory settings, and enter the web to turn on other ports.
