It has been almost two months since the update of the windows application and the android one had many problems and malfunctions. Now almost two months later, what is Reolink doing? Same problems. Messages have already arrived that I've read that the new version 8.10.3 creates problems and I can't judge the new 4.37 android and ios as the download link is wrong as you download an incorrect version. But I say, how can you be so sloppy and unprofessional? To err is human, but if you repeat the mistakes it means that you have no respect for your customers! Your programs are for video surveillance and not for playing pacman! Take more developers, good ones and above all do more tests and stop producing new software versions full of problems. I take the opportunity to point out that a button with a camera icon to capture snapshots I think you should also insert it in the application's playback window to facilitate capturing and saving images. Just as you like to sell your products, we would like to be able to use them fully and without always having problems. I hope you understand this, otherwise you will only lose customers by continuing to behave like this.
Kind Regards

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 They couldn't tell me the specs of the screws used for the SD card cover onthe 823A. That told me something and I decided at that point not to purchase any more cameras. Now I'm seeing software problems, and their only concern is developing new hardware. Things aren't looking good for them.

@user_692173041451191_692173041451191 I lost a screw for card cover on my 811a. A while back I had bought a 500 pieces set of small mm screws on eBay for about $10. They are sold on Amazon also. The size that fits 811a is 2.5mm x 6mm. They are metric not fraction/inches. I don't know if it's the same for 823a but a metric screws set ranging from 2mm to 6mm would likely have one for 823a.
Only problem, I tipped over the screws plastic case on the kitchen table. Took me quite a while to sort the little screws and put them back in their correct size bins, I used tweezers, LOL. -
@user_692173041451191_692173041451191 Support should have told you the size of the screws. It happened to me once but managed to find one in my jar full of screws.
Reolink lately only problems!
