4k trackmix won't track down

So it tracks perfectly side to side bit won't track if some one is under it? I have a buddy with the same camera it tracks perfectly below? What's up with this

So reolink got back to me and said to use pan and tilt and I did the test.. still won't track under the unit unless I wave.  

I have my sensitivity on high and removed my object size and still

Tech support is amazing and they sent me new firmware to test out so far so good

@issom If this is fine then they should make it available to all TrackMix customers. What's the version of the firmware pls?
