What are the system requirements for the software? I was looking but couldn't find them. I am having the same issue with the client freezing after the stream starts.

What's the version of the Reolink Client you installed on your computer? You may uninstall it and download the latest version from our official website and install to see whether it solves the problem.

4. Some bug fixes -
PC client freeze issue appears resolved, after a few days soak time on 2 PCs. Has anyone found docs for interpreting the System State information?

I just (2 weeks ago) got 2 Reolink RLC423 and a Reolink NVR.
I have to say that the Reolink Client software is one of the worst things I have ever seen.
I have the cams working, I get alarms, but I cannot figure out how to use the nvr via the web.
FireFox and Chrome are not working with the webclient, but internet explorer seems to work.
