I know of only one way to guarantee "no spam" on a user forum: employ moderators to screen every post. That's ghastly expensive. I notice that Netgear's forums only have moderators approve images inside posts. Doing that would kill those crazy ads with the full color pictures.

I've complained about this so many times. Reolink does nothing. They do not realize it looks very unprofessional.

Cleaning the spam manually may be a never-ending Sisyphus task. See the https://reolink.com/topic/how-to-add-a-youtube-video-here/page/3/ thread, for example. You may also wish to consider closing the writing to the forum, except for true Reolink users...

A "flag post as spam" button would help. That should be linked to a moderators in box for a quick review. Many other forums implement it and it helps.
