423 cloud compatibility?
New to Reolink. I bought 2 RLC-423 and have them hooked up to network and can view in Reolink app. Just purchased cloud service and not seeing how to add cameras to the cloud service in app. Do I need to have a NVR to make it work? Cloud records for 4G Cameras is recording always, no timer
Hi, For the cameras with 4G and powered by battery in my case Argus Go Pt and Go Pt the record with cloud is recording always when a movement is detected. I set the timer (schedule) for the records but that ks not related to the cloud. May be a bug? Maybe just adding a schedule to the option of theLearn More1 -

Need Tech Help with Cloud
Got Fidium Fiber with a new router (AdTran 854-6). Ever since, videos will not transfer from SD card to Cloud. Cam is bound correctly and I can stream/playback video from SD. PIR is triggering correctly. Reolink Support has not been helpful. Need higher level support.Learn More2 -
