HiRLC 410W cannot playback or download "CLEAR" recordings, low resolution works. The connection seems to drop if I play back "clear" recordings and I can only download first 6 seconds.I'm using a SanDisk Ultra 32GB microSDXC Memory Card, up to 100MB/s, Class 10, U1. Same problem on windows PC and iPhone.build 18110706hw IPC_51316MCfg version v 2Fw Version v200241_18110706I've reformatted SD card, no change. Installed a netgear wifi range extender, no change.Any thoughts? Thanks
My first step would be to upgrade the firmware to the latest release (354-19031112). On the "Download Center" page, scroll down to 3/22/2019.

The firmware update seems to have fixed it. I downloaded from "03/11/2019 Firmware for Reolink IP Cameras (IPC_51316M/IPC_51516M)" / Model RLC-410WFirmware Version 354_19031112Applicable hardware version IPC_51316MVery good camera.Thanks

Hi, i have same issue. I'm looking through mobile data, everything is good - the video is smooth. But when I'm looking over wifi, stream and playback doesn't work. Only 6-10 sec and its stuck. Desktop app is on same network as my wifi, but after few seconds it disconnect and again connect. Over and over. Source RLC-410W is on another network (wifi - 20km away), and speed is excelent. I remind you, over mobile data works just fine, so cam network is ok. (MD - 70Mbit/s down, My network;wifi - 50Mbit/s down) Any idea how fix it?Thanks for any idea.
