We quite understand your situation and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Could you please contact us by sending an email to support@reolink.com?

Our colleague will help you with the issue and confirm whether the issue is related to the camera itself. If no luck, we will forward your case to our RMA team immediately. Please don't worry.

      Have a nice day.

@cynthia_124785627824270 I'm having a terrible experience trying to use my google hub max to view/stream my Reolink cameras full time. Often the google hub tries to send the video stream to another device. When google does work right and tries to stream the reolink feed to the hub max, it plays it as a video, is constantly buffering with a 10 second delay and eventually disconnects after a short time (5-20 minutes tops). How do I fix this? This is what I intend to use as my primary viewing of my baby camera so it needs to be instant and continuous. Otherwise I will need to return these cameras and try another brand.

@perps_630781218144380 What's your camera model? Maybe you can try to update your camera firmware first. Download the firmware here, Download Center – Reolink.

Contact our support for further checking if you don't find your camera firmware. Submit a request – Reolink Support
