Can't sync my Reolink to Google Home Hub. I follow the steps line by line. But when I choose "ReoLink Smart Home" and click ok , the Google app says syncing but Reolink doesn't doesn't get added to my google app

Yes, Reolink cameras are Google Assistant approved. But currently, it only can be used in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. I don't want to be critical of Reolink, but why would I want a security camera system that would allow Google or Amazon or anyone else to have information about the camera, location, video stream etc. Less integration with the big tech companies and more feature such as H.265, 8mp resolution, license plate capture etc., in a affordable price point. I know these features have been suggested for many years versus Google!

If this job is too much for you maybe your talents would be better suited somewhere else. YOU, said over a year ago to another customer the h.265 will be coming out soon. Telling the truth seems to be a problem for Reolink.

Chris211, I tried adding my NVR POE cameras last night and google couldn't see them. What did you do to add them? Presumably, add reolink account to google assistant then sign in to find cameras. Did you have to update NVR software?
