Time lapse feature enables you to capture hour-long or even day-long events, like sunrise, blooming and the work of building, etc. into minute-long videos or photo albums.

Below is a time lapse blooming video example captured with Reolink cameras.

      Blooming Time Lapse

This feature is fisrt applied on the newly released cameras including Argus 3, Argus 2E, RLC-510A, and RLC-810A.
Aside from the new cameras, the time lapse feature is also available on our star Argus series, including Argus 2, Argus PT, Argus Pro, and Argus Eco.

If you are using one of these cameras, please submit a request here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, and provide UID of your camera or attach a screenshot of the system as instructed here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004894193-How-to-Find-out-System-Information-via-Reolink-App. Before you can play with the time lapse feature, please back up all the existing videos on your SD card and format your SD card.

Note that we will add this feature to the 4G lineup, Reolink Go and Reolink Go PT soon. For any latest updates, please join us at Reolink Community, Reolink Facebook Group or Reolink subreddit.

            Excellent news.
I was worried such a feature may have been only released on future camera models, so very happy to hear other camera's will get this very useful feature.
            Thanks 🙂

Are they available to buy yet?
Will there be a Dome version to follow of the 810A ?

They are not available to buy yet. Our factory is trying their best to produce them and still need some time to see them available in the market. Please wait patiently. And currently, there is no Dome version to follow of the 810A.

So will this feature come to the Eight 4K D800 Camera's I recently bought?
                          Connected to a NVR.

I really don't know why it's not the NVR doing this work and not the camera.
After all, it's just copying a frame every x seconds to a different file on your NVR's hard drive.
Nothing for the camera to need to do at all.

Sorry that the D800 cannot support this function, but we will forward your request to the R&D team to make improvements.
