Hi everybody, it looks like there is a big problem with the firmware management
of the company Reolink! I bought a new RLC-410W. I did a firmware upgrade right before commissioning.
And what do I have to find out? The "new" firmware that was offered to me for download downgraded the
camera. Before flashing I took a screenshot in the web browser. It can be seen clearly here.
After the "upgrade" the build no. is a smaller one as well as the firmware version number ?!
And that is probably also the reason why the night vision does not work. And that with a new camera.
I am not at all happy with Reolink! Please check what you are offering for download, the firmware
RLC_410W_v300136 crashes all RLC-410Ws!
Why don't you publish the current firmware that is preinstalled on the cameras
This: v220.127.116.119_21062202 / build 21062202 and NOT: as v18.104.22.168_20121102 / build 20121102

You may contact our support team and ask them to send you the latest firmware. Our team will get back to you asap.

@reolink-lorenz I "updated" the firmware. It took the version down and I get a lot of timeouts which I haven't before. It also doesn't have continuous recording. Any way I can get back the original firmware .389, so I don't have to return the unit to Amazon?

I have the exact same problem ! Why they don't publish the right firmware on their website ? How many customer will experience this issue before they do something ? It's a shame...

I also have an issue after upgrade.
Camer can't find any wi-fi networks. Only cable connection.

I'm also waiting for a new update of RLC410W IPC_51316M. It seems very vulnerable... Can you help us out?

I have got exact same problem. I also updated camera firmware from v389 to v136. Infrared broken, network wi-fi broken, many timeouts.
Please release firmware v.3.0.0..389_21062202 !!!!

There is another entry on the download page for RLC-510WA/410W that has an update from Jan 19, 2022.
Which update applies to a specific camera appears to depend on the specific hardware part number of the camera.

@crimp-on_62210811129 RLC-410w is exact "IPC_51316M". Do you have a link for v389 firmware for IPC_51316M?

Hi, if your RLC-410W with hardware version IPC_51316M and the previous firmware version is v3.0.0389, you can roll back to the following firmware v3.0.0389. If your previous firmware version is not v3.0.0389, please contact our support team for other firmware. Submit a request – Reolink Support
