It doesn't matter if it's on WiFi or 5G or 3G it connects when it wants to. Now my wireless Amcrest connects 100% of the time. There both on the same WiFi network so there is no other excuse other than that Reolink sucks... never will purchase this brand again... -

Hi Keith, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
(1) Can you tell me what's your camera model?
(2) You can check if the router port or firewall blocks the camera's internet connection. Find more information in this article, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039401593-Login-Failed-when-remotely-Accessing-Reolink-IP-Cameras.
(3) Upgrade your camera to the latest firmware. You can find the latest firmware on our download center. -
I have an RLN8-410 NVR that reboots all the time. I contacted support with no luck, which makes me wonder if they know what they are doing. They blamed my A/C unit for causing the issues, it's winter, no A/C running now and it still reboots often. Reolink does nothing to help you and expect you to buy more stuff when the stuff you 1st got doesn't work! They sent one 510 camera that didn't work either(out of 6, there is one I still didn't test since I never installed it), they did nothing to resolve the issue.
Reolink needs to do MUCH better in products and customer service! -

Please give away to me an RLN8-410 and an RCL-510A and RCL-410 as replacements for the ones I have that don't work, as you should have done over the summer.
