draft 1:
When i double click on specific camera resolution is on Standard by default and no Clear.
I always have to flip the resolution to clear
draft 2:
I have 4 camera windows open, and when want one camera to set on Standard, date and camera they have a double text size it doesn't look nice at all compare to fluent. Maybe if there was no difference in the text but or difference only 25% compared to fluent.
Monitor 24" resolution 1920x1080
Left side fluent right side Standard it takes up an awful lot of space in the picture.
draft 3:
Motion icons...
When i have camera name on top right and motion icon app is displayed so it overlaps part of the text.
Clear single view camera
Fluent single view camera
Draft 4:
When the resolution changes to Clear - Standard - Fluent the text changes its size and position from left and top corner. Unfortunately the icons are still big same size and no change position.
In contrast with text, they are still in one position -
Nobody respond ?

@dg Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Our team is now looking into the issues and may fix the issues that you have mentioned above with a future update. Let us know if you have any questions.

Draft 5:
Blue frame around the selected camera, if have a view of 4 cameras and I have chosen one camera still has a blue frame
It would be good to add a time of 1 minute countdown, after no click on any camera in 1 minute the blue frame will disappear
Draft 6:
Zooming in 4view it's not zoomed by mouse position... If i zoom on left corner camera zooming on center... unusable if the average user wants to use it at home so I don't even wonder if they chose another brand -
@dg Thank you for the suggestions again. I have just discussed all your ideas with our team and here are some of the responses:
Draft 1: The live video feed is on standard or fluent by default. If it is on clear by default, it will take up much GPU and CPU capacity. To avoid any possible issues, we have limited the live feed to standard or fluent. And we don't plan to change this soon as we are still seeking ways to improve the structure and overall performance of the client.
Draft 2: The text may look different when the cameras are set on Standard or Fluent. This is because their resolutions (the number of pixels that are shown) are different. The text will change accordingly when their resolutions are changed. Simply put, the changes in the text have nothing to do with the client. You will need to change the streaming settings to reduce the differences among the text.
Draft 3 & 4: Our team is now looking into these two issues and see if it is possible to get them fixed in version 8.8.0, which is releasing in April.
Draft 5: We don't think it would be a good move to remove the blue selection rectangle as it indicates the source of the motion alert siren. Our team may need some time to find a proper way to improve this feature.
Draft 6: Aside from scrolling the mouse wheel to zoom in or out, you can also click on the live feed and drag in any direction. -
@reolink-lorenz
Draft 1:
There is nothing difficult to add to the preset option to clear in settings... default can be Standard but if somebody want default Clear he can in settings adjust for whole app...
Draft 2:
The previous versions were fine so I don't know what you're talking about... you probably didn't understand.
Draft 3: Ok
Draft 5: I dont want to remove it ! just hide blue selection after time when nobody move mouse... As all other camera systems have
Draft 6: Zoom work properly only for Single View... not for 4 Camera View.... This is the complete basis for zooming cameras to work in multiple views -
@dg
Draft 1: Our team is now considering if it is okay to add such a feature.
Draft 2: Thank you for the feedback and I will ask our team to take a further look into the issue.
Draft 5: Removing or hiding the blue selection rectangle would be very similar from our point of view. But our team is seeking a better way to realize this feature.
Draft 6: The mouse wheel zoom feature works in the multiple viewing mode. Make sure that you have selected the camera that you want to zoom in.
Images below show the difference before and after zooming in.

After: -
@reolink-lorenz
Draft 7:
I have selected camera1 for example
if i want zoom left top everything is ok camera start zooming left top of image
i want zoom in right top and camera start zooming center top of image...
if i want zoom bottom right camera start zooming center of image ...
if i want zoom bottom left camera start zooming left center of image... -

@dg Thank you for the video and the detailed feedback. Our team is now working to get this issue fixed. Hopefully, the new mouse wheel zoom feature will be available in ver. 8.8.0, which is expected to be released in April. Stay tuned!

Draft 8:
Shutter range needed !!! i want have setup shutter range 0-32ms for night and for day 0-125ms
Example:
0-32ms - 18:00 - 23:59
0-32ms - 24:00 - 6:30
0-125ms - 6:30 - 17:59
Where it disappeared ? -
@dg Thank you for your suggestion and we will forward your request to the product team to seek possibilities.
-
@reolink-fiona
I'll wait until the next update... , I'll see if it's time to leave the reolink brand -
@dg I am afraid that not all of the features you are looking for will be available in the next update. It may take longer for our team to design and implement those features. Thank you for your understanding and support.
-
@reolink-lorenz
I'll wait for the next update and I'll check at least the basic things ... if even the basic things don't work then it doesn't make sense to wait
I see that the Android application also has a lot of problems.

I can't figure out what's causing it; but 8.7.1 keeps freezing the live video feed from the NVR (windows 11). Only way to get it back is to close out the client and re-open it.
Sometimes it's fine for a few hours, sometimes it locks up after 30min. -
I also have seen the same identical issue with freezing in Live video stream or it's really delayed. Go back to Version 8.5.2 and your problems are gone. There is definitely an issue with 8.7.1
Client 8.7.1
