OTA Update for RLC-510WA not delivered

I have a RLC-510WA with Firmware 3.0.0.177, HW-Verson IPC_523128M5MP, which is the same when i buyed the cam. "Search for updates" via the Andoid-App dont show any updates since i habe buyed the cam, but there must be 2 updates, at least the 3.1.x-Firmware, which is available for this cam in the Reolink Download Section.
Obviously, OTA (over the air) Updates dont work.0View 1 replies-

We suggest our users use the most stable firmware for their cameras. Usually, our new firmware will be put on our download center first. If you want to have the new firmware, you can go to our download center to download it. For the auto-update, it will be controlled by our R&D team. We will also evaluate this feature in more ways to modify the feature. Thank you for your feedback. -
@reolink-fiona Thank you for your reply. What is the suggested way for an Non-OTA-Update? I was connected to the CAM by the recent Windows Client and wanted to save the configuration first, but this didnt work, so i got suspicious and cancelled the update process.
