      So, until now, I have not really needed push notifications.... but things have changed.

      I have it all set up, and it all works! The only problem is...the most annoying sound going.... and I can't change it.

      I am running an iPhone 12 on 15.3.1, using Reolink app 4.29.2.1

      I have googled a million permutations of "iPhone Reolink push notifications", and there appears to be a fair few threads on it, including from Reolink, who suggest going into the app menu>settings>message sound settings..... but the last bit doesn't exist!

      This guide, which says it applies to all cameras (updated 5 days ago) shows the phone layout.... which mine does not look like

      Is there any way to change the notification sound? Notification sounds on my iPhone 12 are app based/changed (except Reolink)

        What camera device do you have in the APP? Some old devices don't support the sound notification settings. You can try to delete some old models and change the sound. Then you can add the cameras back.

          @reolink-fiona Hi, It is the RLC-410WS. It had been removed and re-added yesterday.

          The support guide says it is applicable to all models

                After you delete the old model, can you see the settings? If you still can't see the settings, there may some incompatibility for this. I will take this feedback to our APP team.
