    Client v8.7.2 Update: Changed to Save the Clear Stream Mode Setting

      In Client v.8.7.1, the default stream mode is fixed-set. Under single-camera preview, the stream mode is set to Balanced. Under multiple-camera preview, the stream mode is set to Fluent.

      From the users’ feedback on the last update, we know that many users would like to keep the video in the clear mode under a single-camera preview. So in Client v8.7.2, we have changed it to save the stream mode settings. If you view it in clear mode before, the Client will remember your setting. When you restart the Client, it will be still in clear mode.

      What’s New:
       
      1. Changed to save the stream mode setting under the single-camera preview
      The Client will save the stream mode under single-camera preview after you restart the Client. No need to manually change the stream mode now.
       
      2. Added the thumbnail display to the playback page and download window
      In order to make the playback and download easier and more user-friendly, we add the thumbnail display on the playback page (only available for single-camera playback) and download window. You may need to click the arrow beside the camera name in the bottom left.





       

      3. Supported siren setting of the NVR
      Now you can enable the siren and schedule on the PC Client. You can also enable the siren setting on our NVR monitor and APP. If you can’t find this setting, you can upgrade your NVR with this firmware (v3.0.0.159_21122405).

      4. Added 2, 13, 14, 32 windows to the display layout

       

      5. Added the “illegal login lockout” setting to the user management setting
      After several failed attempts of the password, the account will be temporarily locked out for a few minutes. (This function is not available for the current available firmware on the download center now. It will be available in the future update.)

       

      6. Added the “reset all settings” to display setting page

       

      7. Added the recorded time display when having a manual record

       

      8. Optimized the UI and fixed other known issues

        @reolink-fiona boa tarde, ainda existe um problema que não foi resolvido. Quando se reproduz 2 vídeos em simultâneo de 2 câmaras ou mais, em qualidade ALTA, o vídeo é transmitido em câmara lenta. isto acontece com SDCARD. obrigado

          Is it possible to install a "sequence reset button" where the cameras are aranged in this sequence:
          (e.g: 36 cams 6x6):
          01 02 03 04 05 06
          07 08 09 10 11 12
          13 ....

            I don't know what you're doing, but even the last functional 8.5.2 client is chopping from today...

                    @lbs2reolink Hi there, you can drag the camera to arrange the camera order on the preview screen.

                    I know, but when I use for example the "Playback"-Mode with 4 cams I move for example cam 1, cam 4 cam 10 and cam 15 in the quadscreen. After doing that the sequence is in disorder.
                    I think a reset-button would be helpful so you have that sequence that ist on the left.

                              8.7.2 is still randomly freezing on windows 11, the same as it was with 8.7.1.

                              8.5.2 still works perfectly.
