TrackMix is a 4K dual-lens PTZ camera with 6X hybrid zoom and dual tracking.
You can view both full-view and close-up images of the same event synchronously on the same screen(dual-view) with this camera.

Hi all.
I own a RLN8-410-E NVR with 6 RLC-410 connected ,and I would like to complete the setup with 2 additional TrackMix cameras.
I already know that my NVR can support the video feed from the TrackMix wide-angle lens only, but at the moment is not a big problem for me (maybe in the future I will buy a more recent NVR).
But I have some doubts to be cleared before to procede with the purchase (I still haven't found these informations on the website):
1) Using my current NRV, does the wide-angle camera pan-tilt auto-tracking work? (I'm obviously interested in this feature)
2) Regarding the energy consumption, can my NRV supply enough power (through the PoE) to 6 RLC-410 + 2 TrackMix?
Regards,

Hi there,
If you connect the camera to the RLN8-410-E
(1) You can only view the wide-angle view and you can view the tracking in the wide-angle. But you can't view the zoom view of the camera. You can know about the tracking in this post, https://community.reolink.com/topic/3797/trackmix-feature-explanation-dual-view-dual-lens-and-dual-tracking.
(2) Yes, TrackMix will only occupy one channel of the NVR. So you can connect 8 cameras to the NVR.
We recommend that you can connect the TrackMix as a standalone camera in the APP if your NVR doesn't support two views. You can enjoy two views on the APP. -
@reolink-fiona Thanks Fiona!
"We recommend that you can connect the TrackMix as a standalone camera in the APP"
No, not in my case, because I want to record the the surveillance video from the TrackMix on the NVR HDD.
Last question.
I would prefer to NOT use the app. Can I fully configure the TracMix through the NVR (like I do now with the RLC-410)?

This camera looks great, very good parameters. I want it as soon as possible)

Are the two separate views on this camera two separate streams or do both views come across in a single stream?

@dfmets_555861415342419 It is two streams. But you can preview and playback the two streams together at one screen.
