How ColorX Technology Turn Night into Day
Reolink App v4.43 Released
Hi all, You may need to download the videos regularly to back up the important videos. Today I would like to share all the latest guides and tips for the APP/Client/NVR/Cloud video download. If your Client/APP UI is not the same, please try to upgrade your APP/Client to the latest version. Download center: Download Center – Reolink.
Step 1. Go to the Playback page and select the videos Tips: To choose the videos faster, you can use AI filter to choose different types(any motions, person, vehicle, and pet) of videos to better filter the videos. Step 2(Optional). Set the stream mode. By default, the stream mode is low(fluent). If you want to download the videos in clear mode, you can choose the stream mode to high(clear). Step 3. Cut and download the videoNote: Now we can only download the 120s video on the APP. If you want to download larger videos, you can use our PC Client or NVR to download.
In the beginning, you may need to filter the videos by choosing the date, time, and motion types(person/vehicle/pet/any motions). Then you can directly download the videos or download them after cutting the videos. 1. Download directly - Choose the download [censored]on--Choose the date on the playback page --Click the download [censored]on and then select the videos by time/AI filter.
--Download certain or all videos
2. Cut the video and then downloadWhen you see an important video and want to back it up, you can cut the video and then download it.--Select the videos by rolling the timeline and putting the mouse on a specific time.--Click the “cut” [censored]on and choose the start and last time of the video.--Click the download [censored]on and then you can download it directly. Tips: You can click the down arrow beside the camera name and then you can view the thumbnail display of the videos. (Only available for the standalone camera because the NVR camera’s video image thumbnail can’t be pulled out now.)
To download the videos from the NVR, you need to plug in a USB Flash Drive first. There are also two ways to back up the videos from the NVR, directly download or cut to download.1. Backup the videos directly--Click the Backup icon(card icon) on the home page.--Choose the videos by selecting the camera/time/recording type--Choose the videos and download 2. Cut the videos and then download--Click the cutting scissor [censored]on on the home page and drag the red slider to select the part you want.--Choose the USB and video formatIf you want to have the MP4 video, you can check the box(Back Up MP4 Files).--Choose the videos and start to back up them You can read more from this video, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003996866-How-to-Search-Playback-and-Backup-Recordings-on-the-NVR-monitor-New-UI-video-.

Doesn’t work on iPhone. App goes to 99% download and then it crashes.
@robert-leyzerovich_519547077562499 Can you please try it when you are on the same network as the cameras? Just a test. Do it with res being set to high and low res. Thanks.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 this has already been done - as I mentioned everything has been tried - cellular/wifi - different devices (mobile) - different resolutions - different cameras - rebooted the NVR. This has been happening for over a month now - I've already put this out before in the forums - no updates.
