+1 this is really needed and hope to figure it out. I have Wyze cameras at another property & they highlight the motion in the frame with green squares. Very helpful.

@wag-ranch_704751436066946 Indeed we are pushing Reolink to provide this feature across all AI cameras. This is solely software.

@joseph_1979 Thanks Ted. Reolink should implement this at the earliest. Most brands have it now.

Has this been implemented yet ?

New firmware updates has added this feature to my CX-410, RLC-823a 5X and RLC-823a 16X cameras running on Windows Client v8.14.0. -
@john_350143387672724 There is an newer client v8.14.2. I am running this version and so far so good. Motion tagging has been added to the client for both live view and playback in CLEAR mode. I noted that it takes some time for the Motion Mark to appear on the camera menu.
I would have preferred its implementation at source rather than on the client. Though the algo might be the same we still cannot be 100% sure what has caused the trigger (in certain scenarios). But better than nothing :).

I just received my E1 Outdoor Pro today and it also has the Motion Mark(Beta) feature.
Motion is highlighted with a blue box on the Live View and Playback.
This is my first time using a Reolink and the motion detection is crazy and doesn't seem to work correctly.
I have two (shiny) bags of dirt next to each other in my back yard and the motion detection blue boxes keeping appearing around the bags every 10-20 seconds.
The only thing occasionally moving in view are some leaves on a tree.
I have disabled and/or set to zero all motion detection but the blue boxes keep appearing.
The only way to stop the motion blue boxes is to go into the Non-Detection Zone and paint out/over the bags
