Addition of Monitor Point scheduling for PTZ's

We have a bunch of outdoor PTZ's and it would be nice to be able to have at least two different Monitor Points for different time of day, in our instance, for daytime and night monitoring. Maybe a Monitor Point Schedule capability for different Monitor Points as I'm sure people have areas that require different attention at various times of the day.

Really like the little image of the Monitor Point on the most recent Trackmix firmware. But changing it twice a day on a bunch of cameras is a task I'd like to eliminate on our Trackmix's and RLC-823/523's.

Give preset points start times. Would like to have the camera monitor different locations at different times of the day. Example: Parking lot at night, entry door during the day.

It would also be instrumental in automation in home automation systems such as Home Assistant. If a door trigger or motion sensor is triggered, it could automatically change the monitor point and follow the motion that may be out of view.

@pilotbum_610109044129914 many HA's are heavily dependent on cloud services and as a result, network issues such as latency could impact performance. For example, I can not use Reolink's Google Home integration as I experience on average 8 seconds of latency in video startup and live viewing through Google Home. In my head, something like multiple sensors in the camera base to monitor for motion in a 270-360 degree field might work better.

@chopstix Agree. But it would be more flexible if the camera can provide a number of monitoring positions which can be scheduled by the user. Maybe during the day positioned towards location A, afternoon towards location B and during the night towards location C. This has a pan of 355 degrees and so would be nice to add.
