      NEW UPDATES OUT AN I AM POSTING MY PICS TO SHOW not much has changed for me

      @reolink-fiona i can post some pics sure
      at the moment i downloaded 8.8.5...
      any way here are 2 snapshots with vers 8.8.5 one is in standard mode and one is clear mode 🙂

      Now i update to the new 8.10.3
      and

      and i just noticed a new update 8.10.4 sooooo
      undefined


      now what i am experiencing is pixelation almost mosiac but not ...like a real low res scaled up etc its more apparent on standard settings for obvious reasons

      interestingly after the 8.10.4 new update the software is say new updat still yet the software confirms i am running 8.10.4???
      maybe there is another all ready i will look
      i will post this around so you can see

        Hi,
        it's sad ! with 8.10.3 it is no longer possible to have Go plus on the screen.
        And 8.10.4 does not improve the situation ! 😞
        Only version 8.8.5 works well for Go Plus camera.
        I uninstall 8.10.4 and reinstall 8.8.5 !

            FYI: 8.10.4 has the same issue as 8.10.3 with the lose of Talk and PTZ controls.

              I updated and also lost all PTZ and Talk functionality for my RLC-823A. Huge disappointment and had to Google around to find the installer for 8.8.5 since Reolink only seems to have the latest client version on their download page.

                  As for the PTZ kindly try to delete the camera and add it again.

                  I installed 8.10.4 to my Windows 7 Pro and all manner of problems starting with multicam view and Playback date popups not working.

                  Finally found 8.8.5 here:

                  and am going to uninstall and reinstall 8.8.5 which AFAICT was working perfectly.

                  Reolink needs to make older versions available more easily, not to mention to do a better job of testing new releases.
