Reolink Year in Review 2023
How ColorX Technology Turn Night into Day
Reolink App v4.43 Released
I’ve been trying to go to my security system via the web and can’t get to them. Reolink system page has a HTTPS port option and defaults to 443 but that doesn’t work. Somewhere I saw it is 2000 but that doesn’t work either. I just talked to my Internet provider (HughesNet) and they said that is something that Reolink should provide. So how do I access my system from the web. We were in town today and I’d like to be able to access my system remotely but nothing I tried worked.
@nanuk_703854712033447 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. We may need more info to locate the issue. Please submit a ticket with the link below and specify the camera model in the ticket. Our team will get back to you very soon.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@nanuk_703854712033447 Why don't you use Reolink Windows/Android/MAC/Ios client rather than https. To reach the cameras using HTTPS you need to do port forwarding on your main router and [censored]ign a unique port for each camera. From the Internet you only see the public IP [censored]igned to your BB router.
